What happens after you book?
Your request reaches us as soon as you send it. We call the number you give us to confirm the day and the arrival window, and to ask anything we need to bring the right tools.
- Morning arrivals run from 8 AM to noon, afternoon from noon to 4 PM and evening from 4 PM to 8 PM.
- Tell us what you burn and what you have noticed. A smell, a stain or a stuck damper all help.
- Need to change the time? Call us and we move it.
Which visit should I choose?
Pick the closest match. If the fireplace has not been cleaned in a while, choose chimney sweeping. Buying or selling a house, or worried about the flue, choose chimney inspection. Water stains or loose brick point to chimney repair. A gas unit that will not light goes under gas fireplace service. If you are not sure, choose "Not sure yet" and describe it in the notes.
